South Azerbaijan Democratic Turkish Union, Al-Ahvaz Arabs, Baloch and non-Persian nationalities protest rally in front of the Iranian Embassy in Canberra – Video

GADTB: Today members of the South Azerbaijan Democratic Turkish Union (GADTB), Al-Ahvaz Arabs, Baloch and other non-Persian nationalities held a rally in front of the Iranian Embassy in the Australian capital, Canberra, against the colonial and occupation policies of the racist Persian-mullah regime, as well as demanding independence for non-Persian nationalities.

The rally was attended by the Chairman of the International Relations Department of the South Azerbaijan Democratic Turkish Union (GADTB), President of the Australian Azerbaijani Association (AAA), Mr. Mikayil Oyta, a member of the GADTB Central Committee, Mr. Elvin Oyta and other members, Al-Ahvaz Arabs, Baloch and other non-Persian nationalities. Mr. Mikayil Oyta and members of Arab organizations and others spoke at the event.

We present the text of Mr. Mikayil  Oyta’s speech and the rally’s statement:

Brothers and sisters,

We stand here today not as scattered voices — but as one united front.

From South Azerbaijan to Al-Ahwaz, from Balochistan to Turkmen Sahra to every corner of occupied land inside so-called Iran — we are the oppressed nations rising together.

We represent the true nations of this land — nations with our own language, culture, history, and identity. For too long, the terrorist Iranian mullah regime has ruled with blood, fear, executions, forced assimilation, and occupation. They speak of “unity,” but what they really mean is Persian domination and silence for all others.

But we are here to say: We will not be silent anymore!

We, the people of South Azerbaijan, Arab Al-Ahwaz, the Baloch, and all non-Fars peoples, have had enough of this regime’s racism, colonialism, and crimes against our nations.

The world must understand:

Iran is not one nation. Iran is a prison of nations.

And now, we are breaking the chains — together.

We demand:

* The right to self-determination for all non-Fars nations.

* The end of Persian occupation of our lands.

* The recognition of our national identities, our languages, and our dignity.

* International support for our right to freedom, justice, and independence.

This is not just a protest — it is a declaration of unity.

We, the Turkic people of South Azerbaijan, proudly stand with our Arab brothers of Al-Ahwaz, with the brave people of Balochistan, and with all those who refuse to be erased by the mullah regime.

To the Iranian regime, we say clearly:

Your time is over. Your lies have failed. We are awake. We are united. And we are coming for our freedom.

South Azerbaijan will be free!

Al-Ahwaz will be free!

Balochistan will be free!

Long live the unity of oppressed nations!

Down with the terrorist Iranian regime!
